This is a personal group order for anime fanmerchs only.
Main series that we take orders for are Haikyuu, Daiya, JJK, KNB, BNHA, KNY.

!! PLEASE READ !!
22 MARCH 2021 : NEW.
1. We don't open group order for everything but there is no limit to number of group order every month and it is all depends on which artists and availability, if it's a hassle to us, we won't open group order.
2. We don't accept order request anymore. We will only open group order, if we (admins) wants to buy it, and if we do open group order there's a limit to 10 buyers per order only, unless we decided to open more.
If you want to survey prices please just ask us thru dm, we'll reply. No need to request for us to open it if you don't wanna buy it in the end.
3. Strictly NO refund after submission of form & payment. Especially if we've already paid for the goods. Please read the form thoroughly and decide whether you REALLY want to purchase it before submitting the payment and the order form. Therefore, please be sure that you're 100% buying.
4. We are not responsible if the goods were damaged on their way to us, shipping delays, warehouse lost the parcel or the seller decided to disappear/MIA after payment (scam). We won't take any responsibility.
5. Shipping will be done once we have done packing the goods. (You can check the updates here)
6. Specifically for fan merchs! (official merchs NO! but depends on availability, or if any of the admins wants to buy it and if there's someone else doing splits, we'll link them to you.)
7. We accept down payment, 80% of the total orders will be paid by YOU and 20% by us (max rm30). Please make full payment, maximum 3 days after we made the payment to the seller/artists. If not, you'll be BLACKLISTED and will not receive the goods nor refunds. Please do tell me if you need extension, we're not that mean but please don't take our kindness for granted.
8. If the form is closed then IT IS CLOSED. Please do not ask us if it is possible for you to pinch in some last minute orders. If we're in the mood and we haven't made the purchase to the seller/artist, we will let you pinch in some orders, if not we're sorry please find other group order.
9. Once the orders have been sent out, it is totally out of our control. We will try our best to assist you and deal with courier/easyparcel. We will not provide any refund unless the courier service take responsibility for it.
We're pretty lenient if you asked us nicely and you state a logical and good reason, what and why for the late payments etc, We're most likely will listen and consider.
What is personal order? 5% of total order price will be charged for personal/single order.
What happens when you're blacklisted? You're not allowed to make any purchase, even if you did fill the forms and paid the goods, I will not refund them back and you won't receive the goods. You'll be muted/blocked.

☆ We have KOREA / THAILAND / Thai / Indo address. So if you have any artists or gom that are based in these places, we can help you buy them if they don't ship worldwide.
☆ If the artist sells in taobao, we'll accept the request as well (but please note that we don't know how to speak in chinese so if there's a problem with your order, we can only help with your order within the capacity of our brain.)
☆ Request? CLOSED. (will inform on twitter once it is opened.)
☆ ALL ORDERS REQUIRES SECOND PAYMENT. (We don't like holding too much money at a time.)

What is Second Payment ?
☆ First payment = Price of goods
☆ Second payment = KOREA / THAILAND / Thai / Indo domestic shipping + Bank fee + EMS + local shipping.
Korea/Japan/USA/Thai/Indo/UK domestic shipping + Bank fee/Paypal fee , it will be divided between the number of buyers.
EMS will be divided between the number of items you purchased, the more you purchase, the higher EMS fee you need to pay. BUT if the number of items are similar between buyers, I'll divide it between buyers. (If you need further explanations, please feel free to DM on twitter!)
Please understand that we cannot give you the estimation price unless we are familiar with the goods ourselves such as postcard art prints from Korean artists.
Shipping fee from 330kissoutlet to customer is flat rate RM 8 (WM) / RM 15 (EM)
E.G (This is example only! The price may vary depending on the order or number of orders.)
Korea bank fee + Korea domestic shipping fee = RM 5
EMS fee = RM 12
Shipping fee = RM 8
Total = RM 25
Other General Info
☆ The price breakdown will be given in your invoice (upon request only).
☆ If there's extras from your payment, I'll deduct from your second payment.
☆ If the payment isn't enough, I'll add in to your second payment.
☆ I'll send notice for second payment thru emails once the goods have arrived to my place.
